Court Ordered Mental Health Assessments/Evaluations
Court-ordered mental health assessments/evaluations help courts obtain a clearer understanding of an individual’s mental health status regarding legal matters. Typical reasons for an order include: child custody proceedings, civil commitments, guardianship matters, sentencing or probation, and substance abuse concerns.
The exact amount can vary based on the complexity of the evaluation, the professionals involved, and the duration of the assessment. Court-ordered assessments start at $450 for a 90 minute evaluation with two collateral consultations included.
Additional costs of $135 per hour for consultation with others involved in the case (probation officer, court representatives, etc.)

Substance Abuse Assessments/Evaluations
Substance Use Assessments/Evaluations is a process that takes place between an individual and a qualified licensed professional. The goal of the process is to assess whether or not an individual’s alcohol and/or drug use is a problem.
The exact amount can vary based on the complexity of the evaluation, the professionals involved, and the duration of the assessment. Substance Abuse Assessments/Evaluations start at $450 for a 120-minute evaluation.

Gender Affirming Care Letters & Emotional Support Animal Letters
We can provide Gender Affirming Care Letters and Emotional Support Animal Letters for $225 (one session). If the clinician requires an additional session, it will be at their regular rate ($135 per session).
